25% commission will be collected on any work sold as a result of this exhibition for alumni, 20% commission will be collected for any work sold for Propeller members. HST will also be applied to the sale price.
You agree to allow us to use your submission material, without compensation, in any catalogue/publication of this exhibition.
Submission fees are non-refundable so please ensure that your submission meets the call requirements. All submitted works must meet Propeller standards.
You can submit up to 2 images of recent works at $32 for one and $55 for two. You will also have an option to include an “install view” of your recent works that we may want to add to the virtual show.
You will also have the opportunity to submit one image of a “historical” work – no fee. In keeping with the historical nature of the show, you may wish to include an older work that shows your evolution as an artist. Examples might be something you did in your early years of art school; your first art show; or 25 years ago; or when you were 7! This is completely optional and designed to be a fun and informative way to tell our “Collective Stories”.
One of your recent works (max. 36” wide) can be made available to hang in the gallery. This must be locally dropped off and picked up in Toronto.
Artist Statement ( 150 words max) about the current work and a small statement about the historical piece.
