The work reflects on power, ego, and possession—qualities often attached to lineage—while quietly questioning their permanence. Everything that feels monumental eventually dissolves. What remains is soil, memory, and the unseen transmission of experience. Through abstraction, I invite viewers to encounter lineage as a sensation rather than a story: a tension between strength and fragility, presence and disappearance. For me, this work is a reminder of humility. No matter our inheritance or status, we are temporary. One day, we too return to the earth—becoming part of the same ground that holds those before us.
