Propeller has been one of the most important turning points in my artistic journey, and it will always hold a special place in my heart. Receiving the Emerging Artist Membership gave me the confidence to experiment, take risks, and continue growing as an artist. Beyond strengthening my practice, it has helped me build meaningful relationships and given me a true sense of belonging within Toronto’s artistic community. I am deeply grateful to be part of this collective.
What makes Propeller so special is its welcoming and generous community. Artists with diverse practices come together to share ideas, experiences, and knowledge without hesitation. Every exhibition, opening, and event feels like a family gathering, creating a space where I feel safe to express my thoughts, ask questions, and learn from others. It is much more than a gallery – it is a place where artists genuinely support one another.
