As well as using recycled materials for my work, I also recycle my art sometimes. This work is made from parts of two old works that I recently dismantled: the textile mosaic on the bottom boards of a grape crate, and the round wooden base with holes already drilled from the previous work. The holes were inviting more old wires 🙂
Staying focused is difficult at times. The dizzying array of multicoloured fabric tiles represents the many distractions that can clog up and overwhelm one’s brain, if you let them.
