November 5 – 16, 2003
These images are built from six different snapshots I took while standing on a friend’s rooftop. The clouds, already fleeting and ethereal in nature were treated by layering different skyscapes in the darkroom. The final image is then, the intersection of air, water, wind, light, the camera, and two different moments in time. They are frozen moments that never existed.
I have been showing my work since 1998 and living and working in Toronto since 2000. This will be my first show at Propeller Centre for the Visual Arts.
