Unfortunately Propeller Gallery is currently not fully wheelchair accessible. We apologize for the barrier this can create and while it is not fully accessible, we have committed to working towards making the gallery as accessible as possible for artists and visitors.
Currently, the main street entrance has a conventional width door with a minimal threshold. There is a secondary entrance accessed through the adjacent lobby. Entrance into the lobby is accessed by wider doors with automatic door operators and an entry phone. The door to the gallery from the lobby is a wide door but does not have an automated opener.
The door to the private gender-neutral restroom is an adequate width but also does not have an automated opener. The toilet is a standard height and there are grab bars, however we cannot state at this time that the current configuration meets today’s AODA standards. The bathroom sink does not have cabinetry underneath making it somewhat accessible.
